DESCRIPTION OF FAVOR TAGS:

Favor Tags are printed on white 110# cardstock.
Favor Tags come hole-punched in upper left corner for tying unless you specify otherwise on your Imprint Form.
We can include a small color graphic or photo and we'll imprint Names, Date and a short message.
Lamination protects surface, give a low sheen and added stability.


SIZE: Tags are approximately 3"L x 1.5"H but sizes can vary depending on the amount of text, graphics, and font used.
Most are actually: 2.92"L x 1.46"H

DESCRIPTION OF PLACECARDS

Placecards are printed on white 110# cardstock.
We can include a small color graphic or photo and we'll imprint Names, Date and a short message.

Text will be printed in the order as shown in our graphic samples with M__ line and Table__ line unless you specify otherwise on your Imprint Form.

Placecards are shipped flat and folded styles will have the fold line marked.

SIZE: two sizes offered:
approximately 3"L x 2"H (actual size: 2.92"L x 1.95")
approximately 3.5" x 2" (actual size: 3.46" x 1.95"H
...but sizes can vary depending on the amount of text, graphics, and font used, and the placecard holder they must fit.
If you need a custom size please contact us before placing an Order online. The viewing area of some placecard holders are an odd shape which could obstruct the text on the placecard. A good example of this is the Cinderella Carriage Placecard Holders shown here.

Personalized Candy Wrappers are imprinted with Name(s) & Date, short message and includes graphic. Mini Candy Bar Wrappers measure about 1.5"W x 2.75"L and are printed on a white peel-n-stick paper so it's quick and easy to apply them to your mini candy bars. (Chocolate bars are not included.)

DESCRIPTION OF LARGE CANDY WRAPPERS: :

Personalized Candy Wrappers are imprinted with Name(s) & Date, short message and includes graphic. Large Candy Bar Wrappers measure about 5.25" x 5.5" and fit Hershey's® 1.55 ounce candy bars and are printed on a white peel-n-stick paper so it's quick and easy to apply them to your candy bars. (Chocolate bars are not included.)

NOTE: Hershey's® changed their wrappers on the plain chocolate bars (1.55 oz.) from a 2-part wrapper with silver foil to a sealed brown wrapper with "crimped ends". On the new Hershey's® wrappers, we recommend taping down the ends and wrapping the personalized wrapper around the chocolate bar. Our wrappers are printed on peel-n-stick paper so you can easily apply them right over the existing wrapper. The ends will be crimped over the edges of the sealed brown wrapper. You can also use a glue stick to help seal the wrappers. The sealed ends may be left straight or finished with decorative-edged scissors for an added touch.



DESCRIPTION OF CANDLE WRAPPERS:

Personalized Candle Wrappers are printed on white peel-n-stick paper, individually cut, ready for you to apply.
We can imprint Name(s) & Date, a short message and a small graphic.

Votive Wrappers measure about 4.75"L x 1.6"H.
Mini Pillar Wrappers measure about 7"L x 1.75"H.

^NOTE: These must be removed form candle before burning.

DESCRIPTION OF CANDLE DECALS:

Send us your photo or graphic ideas, company logo, and we'll create a custom candle decal - a very thin transparent transfer. This is placed on the candle's surface and heat-pressed into the wax. The colors appear to be more pastel on the candle's surface, but when lit the candle really glows and the colors come to life. Decal burns safely on the candle - no need to remove.

We can imprint Name(s) & Date, a short message and a graphic.

Personalized Candle Decals can be applied to our Mini Pillars, Unity Pillars, or any size smooth pillar candle.

TEXT & GRAPHICS:

Most of the imprinted items we offer require 2 to 4 lines of text. We do NOT charge extra if you require a couple more lines, but we recommend not trying to squeeze too much into a small amount of space.

We have a huge collection of graphics.. just give us your ideas and tell us what your theme is and we'll create something special for you!

Photos can be emailed to us in the following formats: .bmp, .tif, .jpg
Please scan photos at 300 dpi (dots per inch) for the best resolution.

GRAPHIC SAMPLES & PROOFS:

After you've placed your Order with us and have completed an IMPRINT FORM telling us exactly what you want we'll email you graphic samples to choose from and/or a final graphic proof. At this point we ask that you print the proof so you can see what the final product will look like.

This is very important because once we begin printing there can be no further changes and there are no refunds or returns for personalized items.

If you view the proof in your web browser you'll notice how large the proof appears. That's because we'll be printing at 300dpi (dots per inch) to give the text a crisp professional look and to sharpen the resolution of the graphics.

PLEASE NOTE - as stated on our Imprint Form:
NOTE: We normally will not print an order for personalized or imprinted items without your written approval (a reply to our email), however, if you do not respond timely to our email with the graphic proof attached, we reserve the right to print your order based solely on the information you provide in your Imprint Form.
It is VERY important that you check your email regularly so you can reply timely.


PRINTING:

Please be advised that we are not a professional printing company. We offer basic favor tags, placecards, candy wrappers and candle wrappers with custom graphics as a service to our customers.

We print using a Hewlett Packard business inkjet printer (HP Business Inkjet 1100). Favor tags, and placecards are printed on bright white #110 cardstock - which is thicker than normal computer bond paper. Votive Wrappers, Candle Wrappers and Candy Wrappers are printed on white peel-n-stick paper, which is also thicker than normal bond paper. Our imprinted items are printed, then hand-cut using a professional paper cutter.


MINIMUM ORDER:

Minimum Orders apply - this is due to the graphic layout and printer set-up time involved.
Please don't change our Shopping Cart to less than minimum - We do NOT accept Orders for less than posted minimums.


EDITS:

If you request an edit to your proof there may be a fee due to the time involved for graphic layout and setting the text.
Edits carry a $15.00 minimum fee. For this reason it is extremely important that you carefully complete our IMPRINT FORM as we will copy & paste whatever you type there.


ASSEMBLY:

If you ordered finished Favors from us with Non-laminated Tags they will come UNassembled unless you specify otherwise since the Tags may bend during shipping. You can easily untie, then re-tie the ribbon to slide the tag into place.

Tags that are laminated stand up better in shipping and don't bend as easily. These can be ordered assembled before shipping.


SHIPPING:

Imprinted items normally shipped via UPS Ground Service. We do offer upgraded shipping, however that will not speed up the printing process, only the shipping time.


TURNAROUND TIME:

Once we receive your approval we can begin the print job. Orders normally should ship within 1-2 weeks after we receive your approval. Please be sure to check our current Turnaround Time before placing an Order for bulk Favors HERE
